The staff was nice and welcoming, helped a lot. The location was exceptional, near to all city attractions, the center of the City, and a sport bar that is open until late.

The location is fantastic, close to the old town, Lake Garda, shops, restaurants, and a late-night sports bar. The check-in process was efficient. The room was absolutely gorgeous and bright with a 4-poster bed, a single bed, a great view, and a balcony.

I had a superb stay with no complaints at all.

It met required needs, had a very comfortable stay for a short visit. The hotel was a decent base for enjoying a walkable area, very close to the arena, shopping and restaurants and the center. The staff was superbly friendly and welcoming at all levels.

The location is great for a quick getaway, and it's just a short walk from a beautiful Roman bridge.

I always come back because staff is helpful. They brought me water at night! It has everything I need; free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, express check-in/out. Can't wait to return for New Year!

That hotel was in a marvellous and fantastic location, near amphi theatre. Moreover, it was so close to the arena, shopping and restaurants as well as the best tourism areas of Verona. The breakfast had a wide range of selection, the food was good.

Everything about this hidden gem was lovely. The accommodation was superb and the owners were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the main attractions. We loved the historical feel of the place and being surrounded by the charm of ancient Italy. Plus, there were plenty of wonderful cafes nearby to satisfy our cravings.

The value for money at Residenza Bra was excellent and the room was beautiful with a lovely artistic touch. The location was perfect, just steps away from all the main sites. The staff, especially Emma, were delightful and welcoming.

The room at Residenza Bra Verona was incredible! It had a flat-screen TV and air conditioning to keep me entertained and comfortable during my stay. The free beverages in the fridge were a nice touch too.

Personally, I found the coffee machine in the room unnecessary, but others might enjoy it.

I had a wonderful stay at Residenza Bra. The location was perfect, just a street away from Piazza Bra and the Arena. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel was peaceful and quiet. The staff, especially Leonardo, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions for places to visit. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot weather. I also appreciated having a refrigerator in the room to store cold water for the next day. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent service.

I stayed at Residenza Bra for a few nights with my friend, and our attic room with a 4 poster bed and single bed was absolutely charming. The views over the city were breathtaking and added to the overall experience. Tania, the host, was kind and helpful, and the room itself was spotlessly clean with a small balcony. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of the old city, making sightseeing a breeze. I felt safe and comfortable as a solo traveler. The staff were pleasant, and the free water and coffee available in the lobby was a nice touch.

I would recommend this hotel.
